So the city development of kunming shall radiate to whole of our province to be in charge of the important historic task to promote the city distribution in yunna and push the development of other middle and small cities . this article has analyzed the chance of kunming city development , international environment , tendency of city development in the world as well as the present situation of chinese cities and proposed a network city project , in which a primary city , 3 secondary cities and 20 small towns shall compose a city distribution system , from the aspects of objective condition and concrete operation mechanism . further , this network city project suggests to , as main point , program and develop three secondary cities , anling , yiliang and songmin , and small towns , and to disperse part of property of the prima ry city and decompose the city function
于是昆明市城市发展将幅射全省，担负起促进云南城市化进程、推动其他中小城市兴起的艰巨历史使命，本文在对世界城市发展趋势及我国城市目前的现状，以及昆明城市发展面临的机遇、国际环境与存在的问题进行分析之后，从宏观体系和具体运作机制方面提出了按一座主城、三座次级城市、县城和20座卫星小城镇的城镇体系布局，构建网络城市，重点规划发展安宁、宜良、嵩明三座次级城市，并疏散部分主城的产业和分解城市功能。
